About

Highlights

Year of Establishment – 1955

We believe that teaching can be made impactful only through a working relation between students & the faculty members. Therefore, the standard method of classroom teaching is supplemented with use of objective based instructional material & audio-visual aids.

Emphasis is laid on organizing seminars, workshops & inter-college competitions in Sanskrit, organizing educational tours and guest lectures by eminent outside experts in their field.

To empower women through education of Sanskrit language. The department aims to make Sanskrit a widely spoken language among women and to help them appreciate the ancient Indian thoughts captured in rich learning of the language. We aim to enlighten women by propagating great scientific truths hidden in ancient Indian scriptures and manuscripts written in Sanskrit.

We continuously strive to build confidence in women through constant motivation and encouragement.
