The applicants shall have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or in a related field from this university or any other recognized University. Students from other subjects should have completed 2 theory courses of 4 credits each at graduation.
M.A I Year:
• Graduate in any discipline from the any faculty of this university or any other recognised university as equivalent thereto.
M.A II Year:
• For a student from this University-should have cleared first year in the same subject or has passed with admissible ATKT.
On the basis of performance at bachelor level.

The objective of the course is to introduce the students to the advanced theories in Economics. It also equips the students to understand analytical aspects of the subject and enable them to understand the tools of empirical analysis.
